Painting process at your property

1.

Spread drop cloths

We cover the floors with drop cloths to protect them from paint drips and splatters. We also relocate small pieces of furniture and cover larger ones with plastic sheets.

2.

Switch plates

We remove switch plates and outlet covers before the painting of the room to ensure that the finished paint job will have a clean look.

3.

Sand surfaces

Smoothing walls before painting is necessary for surfaces previously painted.

4.

Painting

Roll the paint on the ceiling or wall in a zigzag pattern.

5.

Scrape off old paint flakes

We scrape old paint flakes to make the surface nice and even.

6.

Finish

Once the painting is completed, we will walk through the painted areas to ensure any missed spots or any touch-ups are required.

7.

Fill in grooves, dents and holes

We carefully inspect surfaces for cracks, holes, dents and other imperfections and use caulk or a lightweight speckling compound with a putty knife to fill and repair any holes or cracks.
