All right, so I will start by adding some descriptions and pics for each section... IBA Engineering. We are an Appleby in Westmorland -based team of experienced welders and metalworkers recognized for our exciting, design-led work across a broad range of products. We fabricate items for residential, commercial, and public sites. Our customers include private individuals, companies, architects, and designers. The scope of our work is wide and varied, but one word unites it all... Quality.
We pride ourselves in delivering a high-quality fabrication and repair service, and meeting the needs of our clients is vital. Client satisfaction sheets are distributed every month requesting scores on quality, performance, staff helpfulness, and overall client satisfaction. There are sections for ‘room for improvement’ completion as we are mindful that continuous improvement to a successful partnership requires close monitoring. The results of the surveys are collated and results are communicated to all staff.
