Perfect for sterilising any metal lab object such as. Needles, Scalpel blades, Inoculation loops or any other small item that needs to be heat sterilised. 

This alcohol burner has a push fit burner cap that wont spill any liquid if knocked over. When you have finished with the flame, simply replace the stainless steel cap to extinguish the flame and prevent the alcohol evaporating while not in use.
Alcohol is used in the burner. Alcohol burns clean and at a much higher temperature than the flame from a lighter for example. 
Easy to use. But be careful not to burn your self.
