1. 1. By entering the Amusing Moment Selfie Studioarea, guests agree to be bound by all Terms and Conditions of the Studio.
   2. It is not for re-sale, non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and only valid on the printed date and section of the admission pass for single entry. Admission Passes are void if tampered with or altered.
   3. Guests enjoy concessionary admission please present valid proof of age when admission or upon necessarily.
   4. All guests should be in the queue to enter the Studio. Queue Jumping is strictly prohibited. Guests’ position in the queue cannot be reserved by the placing of equipment, joining members of a party or exit the line and return for any reason.
   5. Guests must take care of the children or elderly on their own at all times and the Studioaccepts no responsibility for any injury or loss.
   6. We reserve the right not to allow any bag, parcel or other item to be brought into the Studio, and to deal with any unattended object in such way as we consider appropriate. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings at all times. We are not responsible and do not assume any liability for any damage to or loss of the property or belongings of any guest.
   7. Food and beverages may not be brought into the Studio.
   8. Toilets are not provided in the Studio.
   9. The following items may not be brought into the Studio:

1. 1. • Dangerous or hazardous materials.
      • Cans or glass containers.
      • Bags, boxes or luggage larger than 56cm x 36cm x 23cm. If operation so requires, we may decline wheeled luggage from entering the Studio.
      • Carts or other wheeled carriers (with the exception of manual wheelchairs, electrically powered mobility devices with at least 3 wheels and which operate at a walking pace; and strollers with dimensions not exceeding 92cm x 132cm).
      • Large tripods, folding chairs and stools
      • Recreational devices with wheels, including but not limited to skateboards, scooters, inline skates, shoes with built-in wheels.
      • Other items that we determine may be harmful, disruptive, offensive or may impede the operation of the Studio.

During Your Visit

10. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the Studio.
11. To avoid group gatherings, please do not stay in a single booth for a long time.
12. There is no photo-taking equipment rental service available. Please bring your own camera or mobile phone if needed. On-site photographers are not available on-site. For any group photo request, please ask our event staff for further assistance. It is allowed to take selfie sticks, tripods, and monopods inside the venue under theconditions that the safety of the usage of the equipment is guaranteed, and the rights of other visitors are respected.
13. Please be gentle to all the artworks and props. Visitors may be liable for any damages to any items on display.
14. Please show common courtesy to guests by not using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behaviour. For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from running. To ensure safety, security or order of the Studio or if we consider that the circumstances are required, we reserve the right to deny admission or to require guests to leave the Studio without refund or compensation.
15. We may photograph, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any guest who enters the Studio and use the same for any purpose without notice and/ or payment to any guest.
16. Photography and filming are allowed for personal and non-commercial use only. We reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law for breaches of any ofthis term.

17. The Studiomay from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours of the Studio, close the Studioor any part of it temporarily, restrict the number of persons having access to the Studio, request guests to leave anytime, and/or suspend or cancel any program, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, to ensure safety, security or order or if the Studio considers that the circumstances are required.
18. These rules are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
19. Amusing Moment Selfie Studioreserves the right to amend the above Rules and Regulationswithout prior notice. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Amusing Moment Selfie Studios shall be final.
20. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chineseversion of this notice, the Chinese version shall prevail.
