The AVS proprietary software is an Australian-based, custom-built, scalable system that is tried and tested through years of practical use during the implementation of thousands of flu vaccination and COVID-19 clinics over the years.
The system has multi-layered functionality that enables AVS to manage all the aspects of delivery for our vaccination services.
The system can be co-branded with your logo, and the landing page shows every clinic you offer to your staff with its location, time, and date, as well as spaces remaining.
Pharmacy Flu Vouchers and the AVS Reimbursement system can also be accessed through this landing page.
We encourage you to test our system, so you can understand how user-friendly it is for your staff to use.

Ability to limit the email prefix that can be used whilst ordering a pharmacy voucher, booking an onsite appointment or claiming a reimbursement
We can upload a unique identifier (such as an employee number) into our system. If an employee does not enter a matching identifier whilst trying to order a voucher, book an appointment or claim a reimbursement, they will not be allowed to proceed
Limit bookings, voucher orders, and reimbursement claims to one per person

Admin Access and Reporting
AVS will grant your flu program coordinators administrative access to view live reports online that can also be downloaded on things such as:
Upcoming clinic session times and when individual employees are booked in
Completed vaccinations per clinic (including who got vaccinated)
Pharmacy voucher report to show which employees have ordered a voucher, the voucher code, pharmacy chain, and custom data we have collected for you (such as department, site, employee number etc.)
The ability for you to update site contact information/parking information ahead of clinics
Review waitlists for onsite clinics
Optional Extras
The automated Pharmacy voucher system, or we can grant you the optional ability to approve or reject voucher requests
The pre-Qualification Questionnaire to determine if someone is eligible to receive a vaccination as a part of the program
Customisable Survey Function so we can survey the staff participating in the program. You get to set the questions and optional answers
Custom Questions: We can gather extra data on who uses the program.
