AVS are committed to working with Indigenous companies. In recent years, organisations we work with have embraced our efforts to support indigenous partners. For example, through our proud partnerships with organisations such as Integrity Health & Safety, AVS have been able to provide vaccination services for contracts in excess of $2.2m since 2020.

Integrity Health & Safety is an Indigenous-owned company that works closely with clients to offer the best health and safety innovations. Through partnership with market leaders such as AVS, they support Indigenous education, employment and career progression in health. Through our partnership and the work carried out by Integrity Health & Safety, they’re able to support the ongoing continued professional development of Indigenous nurses through:

Pro Bono training of Indigenous Nurses in First Aid and Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) as part of ongoing clinical requirements.

They are providing vaccination training, upskilling and employment opportunities for Indigenous nurses to provide vaccinations in regional and rural communities.

Sponsorship of the CATSINaM annual conference and supporting the attendance of regional nurses to this important event.

Meeting your Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

AVS and Integrity Health & Safety have partnered to provide flu vaccinations to their clients throughout Australia. Not only will this protect their clients from absenteeism and business disruption from flu, but also assist their clients in meeting their Indigenous procurement targets.
