Based on his legal background and multi-cultural upbringing in Fiji, Nicholas incorporates integrity, respect, and open communication in his approach to mediation and conflict resolution. Working with relevant parties, he aims to build consensus and understanding, both with and between the parties.
Nicholas values the importance and unique contribution that customary practices and relationships can bring when working with parties towards an outcome, whether it be a commercial or community dispute.
