Welcome to Rowan College of South Jersey's Mechatronics Innovation Learning Lab, also known as "The MILL". In accordance with RCSJ's mission as an "accessible and affordable learning center dedicated to enhancing its community's economic development", the MILL is an accessible training hub for employers, aspiring hands-on engineers and those seeking to upskill.
We work directly with local employers, the Center for Workforce Development and Career and Technical Education to understand their training needs and provide relevant credential based training on the actual equipment and tools used by employers.
The MILL supplies flexible industry-valued bootcamp training and other stackable credentials. Students can choose to earn a certificate, associates degree and even pursue a bachelor's degree with our premiere partners at Rowan University.

Training provided for Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC devices.
Trained to program, reconfigure, and maintain Fanuc robots.
Trained to setup, operate, and program 3- and 5- axis CNC
